Flash Fiction

Molly walked into the grocery store. She was stopped by yelling of a cashier and the man. He demanded money and drew out a gun. The cashier allowed money to be taken. She dropped to the ground. He was coming towards Molly. Her breathing got heavy. He held his gun at her. He said, “Don’t look up ‘til I’m gone” She nodded her head and listened to the sound of his feet as he left the store.

. . . This relates to my theme danger. Molly is the average girl, who went to the grocery store late at night to get a few last minute things. Unexpectedly she finds herself caught up in a possibly life threatening situation. This story relates closely to my first quotation. This is significant because it demonstrates that danger can be anywhere, when you least expect it. . .
